Dates: Each Tuesday and Thursday evening, 5pm - 8pm, Beginning Thurs. 8/13/2026.

Location:  9211 Forest Hill Ave, Suite 200  Richmond, VA 23235 (Stony Point I)

Enrollment Closed

Students can attend the course virtually (via Zoom) or in the classroom.  Virtual attendees must be on camera the entire class to receive credit for the class and receive a course completion certificate.

Principals & Practices of Real Estate - Pre-license Salesperson Online Course

Dates: Your Course can start as soon as you register and receive your Textbooks.

Time: Work at your own pace.  Set your own schedule.

Location:  In the comfort of your own home or office.

Enrollment Deadline:  No deadlines.  

You have up to one year to complete your course.  Extensions can be made at an extra cost.  Notify the instructor.
