Home buyer's workshop series consists of four one-hour classes designed to enlighten prospective buyers on getting organized regarding income, debt, credit, budgeting, down payment assistance, finding a real estate agent, a lender, and acquiring the knowledge to successfully purchase a home. 

This workshop series is FREE to attend.  Attendees must complete all four sessions to be eligible to move forward, and further qualify for the $1000 grant opportunity.

Do You know what your credit score means?  

A credit score is used to determine how you manage debt.  The decision to extend or deny credit is primarily based on the information received from the credit reporting bureaus.

Three Main Repositories (Credit Reporting Bureaus)

1. Equifax
2. Experian
3. TransUnion

What is Good Credit?

• 720 - 850  Excellent
• 690 - 719  Good
• 630 - 689  Fair
• 300 - 629  Poor (Unfavorable)

Innervision Realty offers flexibility to accommodate prospective buyers.  IVR is mindful of the work schedules that families are governed by; however, IVR also understands the need to prioritize.  Therefore, the workshop series is typically offered on two consecutive Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and covers sessions one and two.  The following Saturday, at the same hours, sessions three and four are offered.  Lunch is provided, taking into account that the sessions extend beyond the typical lunch hour.  The facilitators for the sessions are mindful of time, and will begin and end the sessions on time.  Therefore, it is imperative that attendees promptly arrive at each session.  Attendees will not get full credit for attending the workshops if they miss major portions of the sessions.  It is better to reschedule a session than to be tardy.  For Scheduled Information, refer to the Schedule of Events on the Home Page.
