This course is a Virginia Real Estate Board approved Course that meets the 60-hour requirement.
- In-Person - Premium Classroom Course - $495 includes textbooks. Premium Fast-track includes a 2-hour study session and a study guide valued at $230 offered for an additional $99. (Call for details)
- Online (student paced) Course - $395 includes textbooks, $295 without textbooks, (students can order e-books or textbooks separately).

Virginia Pre-License Real Estate Salesperson Requirements
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Complete 60 - credit hours of board approved Principles of Real Estate Pre-Licensing Education.
- Schedule and pass the state and national real estate salesperson exams.
- Complete fingerprint requirement.
- Choose a Real Estate Broker.
Virginia Pre-License Broker Requirements
Requirements
- Must complete 180 credit hours of VA Board Approved Real Estate Brokerage Pre-License Courses.
- Must be actively engaged in real estate for 36 consecutive months of the past 48 months.
- Must schedule and pass the state and national real estate broker exams.
